In 1952, in the heart of the beautiful Medvednica at an altitude of 864m, the Grafičar mountain lodge was opened. Since then, Grafičar has become a favorite retreat for mountaineers, hikers and nature lovers who enjoy the pristine beauty of this mountain area. Nestled among lush forests and scenic trails, our home provides the perfect place to relax and refresh after a day spent in nature.
In 1996, Bistro Malo Sljeme was opened as part of the mountain lodge, which has been continuously serving the finest traditional Zagreb dishes ever since. Our bistro has become known for its hospitality, warm ambience and authentic cuisine that celebrates Zagreb's rich gastronomic heritage. We prepare each dish with love and attention, using only the highest quality ingredients, in order to provide our guests with an unforgettable culinary experience.

Guided by many years of experience working in the hospitality industry and working in one of the most successful companies for the distribution of food and drinks for restaurants, Nikola decided to pour his love and knowledge into this iconic Sljemen facility, and improve it with his creativity and expertise.
